Listen. Feel. Flow
A space of liberation,
where the soma,
the subtle,
the sensual,
and the rebellious all meet.
This is an invitation to step out of the busy mind and into your body. Together, we move with awareness, breath, and curiosity, reconnecting to your natural rhythm. My sessions offer a space to explore strength and softness, effort and ease, in a way that feels supportive and real. Join me to move, breathe, and explore a practice that meets you where you are.

Why Choose Me
If you’re seeking guidance that’s real, embodied, and rooted in wisdom - I’m here to meet you where you are. I teach with a kind and playful heart, not from ideals, but from lived experience. Inviting you to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your own way of being whole.
About Me
I’m Deni - a yoga instructor, activist, advocate for embodied life, and forever a lover for beauty.
My work weaves together yoga, intuitive movement, somatic healing, intersectional feminism and community building to create heart-led spaces for transformation, reconnection, and empowerment.
Rooted in a background of social movements and gender development, and shaped by years of experience in community work, I bring a grounded understanding of human resilience and collective healing.
My path has also been influenced by the ancient wisdom of the East - the Himalayan Meditation tradition, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga practice, Ayurveda, Non-dualistic Tantra. Through the integration of ancient philosophy and Somatic Western practice, I hold space for sessions that invite softness as strength, presence as power, and healing as a shared journey.
My intention is to guide you back home to yourself - to remember, reconnect, and awaken the innate wisdom that already lives within.
If you’re ready to deepen your connection with your body, mind, and spirit, I invite you to join one of my classes, retreats, or private journeys.
My approach
I create safe, inclusive spaces where I guide you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. In each session, I combine embodied Vinyasa flow, intuitive movement, pranayama, somatic Yin, and simple ritual practices. Movement becomes a way to listen to your body, build trust, and meet yourself as you are
