About
My journey
My background is rooted in social justice movements and community building, with years of experience in human rights work and empowerment. I have a degree in Finance and a second one in Development from SOAS University of London with a prestigious scholarship, Chevening. After leaving a stable career in international development, I followed an inner call to turn inward - and followed that call East seeking ancient wisdom, inspiration, and a deeper sense of purpose.
I trained as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in Bali, practiced in the stillness of ashrams in Rishikesh, meditated in the jungle with Thai Monks, explored the sacred rhythm of temples in Nepal, I listened deeply. To the body. To the earth. To the stories we hold inside.
Now, I bring these threads together - yoga, intuitive movement, sacred rituals, and activism - into embodied, heart-led spaces where transformation unfolds organically. My work blends somatic healing, feminine embodiment, and community building, creating a safe, inclusive ground for people to return home to themselves.
Whether through group journeys, one-on-one sessions, or community circles, my guidance is not about fixing - it’s about remembering.
Returning to presence.
Reclaiming softness as strength.
And awakening the wisdom that’s already alive within you.
If you’re ready to deepen your connection with yourself - body, mind, and spirit - I invite you to join one of my classes, retreats, or private journeys.
